My name is Chloe Maxime van Bork. I am 35 years old and have been active in the Marbella real estate market for more than a decade. I was raised in an entrepreneurial family with a strong background in real estate, which means this industry has been part of my life from a very young age.

Over the past ten years, every client I have guided has generated profit through their property purchase, whether through capital appreciation, strategic resale, or development. Alongside advising clients, I am also an active real estate investor and developer. I personally buy, develop, sell, and manage property portfolios in Marbella and surrounding areas. This direct involvement allows me to approach each transaction not only as an agent, but from the perspective of an investor who understands risk, timing, and value creation at every stage of the process.
